Ann Telnaes

Ann Carolyn Telnaes is an editorial cartoonist. In 2001, she became the second female cartoonist to win the Pulitzer Prize for Editorial Cartooning. In 2017, she received the Reuben Award, and thus became the first woman to have received both the Reuben Award and the Pulitzer Prize for Editorial Cartooning. Wikipedia
