Skillet Pizza

Last night I made tomato sauce that tasted like it cooked all day. It cooked in 19 minutes! Jamie's hot Italian sausages (Shaw's Meats North Main St Woonsocket), Cheap Chianti, 2 cans of crushed tomatoes, bloop of olive oil, 6 sausages. Pressure cooked! I made a thin semolina pizza crust and poured a thin layer of sauce on top. I baked it in my 12" cast iron skillet. It was excellent.
