Today is April 24, ArmenianGenocide Memorial Day. On this date in 1915, the Ottoman Empire began its systemic annihilation of 1.5 million Armenians, 300,000 Assyrians, and countless Greeks. I’m a grandson of two survivors. Turkey still does not acknowledge the crime.
