Tsimmes meets Boeuf Bourguignon with Basmati Brown Rice

I used my electric pressure cooker so I could walk my dog while cooking.
Leftover German potato salad leftover borscht, leftover roast, lots of cheap chianti, chopped onions, kalamata olives, 1 box of dried plums (prunes) mixed all together with ADOBO in my electric pressure cooker with a tiny bit of water.
