I just filled my ten quart pot with water, chopped bok choy, carrots, mushrooms, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, hot chili paste, sesame oil, olive oil, chicken bouillon, soy sauce, my grain mix kasha, and melon ball sized blobs of ground turkey. I think it will be delicious.
As my grandmother would say "What could be bad?"
UPDATE: next time no olive oil. Too heavy.
I compensated by adding cooked brown rice and beans and chianti and more chili sauce and more soy sauce and snow peas.
Also, it could've cooked in 1 or 2 minutes, not 5, (in the pressure cooker).
And the meatballs blew apart! So next time sliced meat. It's delicious!
