https://breadtopia.com/whole-grain-ginger-snaps/ I just milled the rye berries in my hand cranked grain grinding machine. I love ginger so I added fresh ginger to the dry ginger and doubled the sourdough to 2 TBS and added home made vanilla. So far so good!
Delicious! Next time rotate racks or bake higher. Bottom tray got crispy bottoms but they are still delicious.
