Absentee Landlords Make Trashy Neighbors

Our neighbors throw bacon grease off their balcony and it sticks to the outside wall of their tenement. They leave unsecured trash on the balcony to blow all over the yard including ours next door. They tied up their dog to pee and poop on this same balcony. You can't make this shit up. Trashy is trashy.

When I bought my house my parents sneered at me saying "You live amongst tenements!"

What I've learned in 26 years is that it's the slummy absentee landlords landlords that are to blame for the drugs, filth and poverty.

Absentee landlords take down a city.

I just took my rage and my gloves and grabber and cleaned up every piece of garbage I could find.
