Parallel Universe Bread Baking

 My pal L and I are baking bread together. I live in Northern Rhode Island and she lives in Northern South Carolina. We mixed up flour salt water and yeast together on Sunday night (over the phone). We refrigerated our whole wheat doughs and punched them down yesterday morning and again this morning. Just now we shaped the dough. Our doughs are rising.  I am thrilled that she is baking bread and has been courageous and completely unafraid to learn.
