When the student is ready the teacher appears

Last night I taught another cooking class over the phone.  Last time it was the Instant Pot lesson. This time it was an introduction to bread baking. It was so much fun. I have the perfect student willing to learn and not hampered by fear or distance. She lives in South Carolina. We made a phone date for 4PM and I setup my workspace with big bowl, flour, yeast, water, salt so I would be measuring flour and kneading dough at the same time she is. Then this morning we emailed each other about the dough which rose during the night. Tonight we'll bake in the parallel universe. When the student is ready the teacher appears.
