Green Beans with Thai Peanut Sauce

Two pounds of green beans steamed for 3 minutes in the PC, quick release. Add fresh garlic, freshly grated ginger, natural peanut butter, two table spoons of garlic chili sauce, vinegar (or fresh lime juice), soy sauce (in blender). Spoon onto hot green beans. Add actual peanuts for texture. Enjoy as is or with cooked brown rice, or with cooked potatoes or cooked kidney beans or cooked carrots. You name it!
