Last night we were due to go grocery shopping but we didn't wanna go. So I made a quick supper from sauteed mushrooms and frozen spinach and tons of fresh garlic (a whole bulb) and added freshly cooked kidney beans and beaten eggs with milk, olive oil and Adobo and baked it in a greased casserole dish with frozen corn. It was delicious. I called it Mexican Shepherd's pie. Geologists would love the layers. We had it with Chipotle and Cholula hot sauces. I baked it at 350.F.
