A Healthy Jolt

I don't know why but eating food out of a coffee mug is the equivalent of getting to wear jeans and sneakers after a week of dressing up. Anyway spoon the yogurt into the mug. Leave some headroom for about 1/4 cup of cold leftover brewed coffee and stir. Then add some honey and enjoy. I added leftover homemade molasses granola and raisins in mine. You can even add a pinch of kosher salt.
