Jakey

Jakey is the dare devil child in the neighborhood that has already broken his arm 4 consecutive times. I often see him riding his bicycle around the neighborhood. Last time he was riding with no hands, doing a dance for attendants at the newly opened car wash. They were laughing. He has remained age 7 while all of the other children have grown older and taller. I believe he's a child stunt man or a stunted child man. I tell my husband, he's the boy from The Tin Drum and he's going to remain this age and size for the rest of time.
