Summer Supper

Open two tiny cans of white tuna, add lots of chopped celery (4 stalks), half of a red onion chopped, sundried tomato seasoned in oil sliced  as small as raisins but with scissors, Spanish green pimento stuffed olives, chopped, Italian red wine vinegar, olive oil seasoned with herbs from the sundried tomato jar. Kosher salt. Enjoy on romaine lettuce or or fresh spinach. Salted peanuts.
