I woke up this morning and it was so cold inside and outside. My first thought was, Today is a baked potato day! After my swim I drove right to Price Rite and there was a mountain of five pound bags of Russet potatoes and they were on sale for $1.99. I grabbed a bag and just baked them all at 400 degrees. They were delicious with steamed broccoli drizzled with olive oil and Adobo.
