The NARCISSISTS wanted you to take care of them. As an adult this is part of your skill set but it is also a danger in close relationships.

Every trauma/injury has a GIFT buried within it. Our task is to dig for and then celebrate the gift. The wound is our window.

Take a conscious look at your wounds versus the universal impulse to avoid. Through careful and patient examination and practice, you revisit and uncover the pain, pass through GROWING to the other side. The wound is a door that becomes illuminated. Eventually you see beyond and through it. Hence the window. We are strongest in the healed scarred places.
