Steak and Snow

We went to Stop and Shop last night and they had gorgeous cuts of bright red sirloin steaks on sale. We purchased a package of 6 small steaks for 15 dollars. We grilled them in the house Brazilian style and sliced them thin and ate the pieces with brown rice and stir fried vegetables with a local Framingham Boston amber lager at 2PM
