Ice O Mat & other Vintage Ice Crushers

Every Summer I become obsessed with crushed ice cubes for my ice water. Now I am thinking of using my vintage Waring 1 speed 1950's blender to crush the ice in the water for thirst quenching.

I just tried it. It works perfectly. Ice floats in the water! It rapidly becomes New England slush!

Now I have my vintage clear glass beer pitcher filled with ice water. My favorite beverage...
