I walked Romeo downtown at 6:30 AM

The alarm sounds at 4AM.

I walked Romeo downtown at 6:30 AM and it was ahead of the city, and ahead of the heat. I was sad to see three homeless campers asleep on the cement patio of the old Castle restaurant on Social Street.

The new trees are in shock from the heat wave.

I passed the YMCA and saw all the 6AM regulars were parked there.

We walked the full loop of one mile. I was smiling and wearing my straw hat black skaters dress and jean jacket.

I think walking is better than driving, for me.

On Sunday I had an impulse to buy a tray of hot Italian sausages at PriceRite because they looked so good and fresh.

Last night I sauteed onion and bell peppers and spinach with them in my frying pan. I froze the other uncooked sausages. Then I added frozen corn for some yellow. This was dinner and then this morning I had leftovers for breakfast with cucumbers+ homemade Russian dressing.

Now I am cooking brown rice thinking about sewing.

I dreamed about Ann and Avon's house which has been sold.

We have new neighbors too and they have a yellow lab. Now there will be 4 huge dogs in the next door 3 family house. I hope they get along.

Next year I will grow cucumbers and tomatoes. I'm inspired by Anne's garden.
