The Heat Blizzard

Romeo and I had our early walk when the air was humid and chilly but now the shades are pulled and the fans are on. We're determined to stay cool. 19 Rhode island schools were cancelled due to lack of air conditioning and kids were sent home to hot apartments. With any luck they can head to the beaches but there are no lifeguards.
