Nightmare Landlord: The Worst in the City

The worlds worst landlord is next door.  She bought it after a string of terrible landlords owned it. The property has been raped over the 29 years and a succession of 5 owners.

The current landlord lives in North Dighton MA but told the city she lives on the premises. Then the city had to track her down because one of her tenants raped  and tortured a woman. She showed up at our door and we called the police so she could file a report and emergency care.

The landlord Nicole has never seen the property! To some degree the tenants LIKE THIS. They can do whatever they want with zero consequences. Grilling on porches. Festering feces piles from 5 dogs over ten years, furniture and trash in the yard from prior evictions. On and on. Oh and no locks on the doors. Electrical problems that tenants fix themselves....

A nightmare!!

The tenants complain to me DAILY. They have no appliances, no screens, no heat no,no, no. I give them the Rhode island landlord tenant handbook and direct them to city hall.

It takes a village and our village CARES.
