My Sourdough Climbed out of the Bucket!

My sourdough climbed out of the bucket! This happens if I use fresh yeast in summer. I used sourdough starter too and added wheat berries. Now I am preheating all of my cast iron muffin pans to bake rolls and wine biscotti for friends neighbors and the police dept.
