Tricolor Rotini and Home Made Sausage Sauce

When you get up at four AM breakfast comes fast(6AM) and lunch comes even faster (10AM). Last night we both got home late. I made tricolor rotini in my Presto pressure cooker. It only took 2 minutes once the steam regulator started rocking. I had made an Italian sausage and tomato sauce in the pressure cooker on Monday and we grated local Parmesan on top. It was divine!
