Cool Pool Mood Room Swoon

Last night at 6PM I was a tired grouchy monster mess. My husband said "Go swim, just one lap!" and I did and ended up staying the course at top speed, (fifty laps). After three laps I was already improving and choosing to stay. The water was crisp and clear and cool and I LOVED IT! I became a happy mermaid.

If I was a mad scientist I would do my dissertation on "The neurological study of hydro-brains," or something to this effect. How and why moods can be transformed and improved by swimming. Cool water is a plus.
