Free Lunch in Bouley Field Woonsocket

I was walking Lily and a lady handed me a free lunch. "We have too many, please take one," she said. Her sons made the lunch with the boy scouts. They are serving free lunches in the park in the shade every day.

I accepted her gift and walked home and shared it with my husband. Inside was two meatballs in a soft yellow sweet roll with tomato sauce, fruit salad, one chocolate chip cookie, and a small bag of fresh celery and carrots.

"Very humbling," my husband said.
