Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Mustard, Honey, Adobo + Salt

I just mixed up another batch of dressing in the blender and poured it over everything in the house. Delicious!
The recipe is loose: equal parts extra virgin olive oil and a good strong wine vinegar, a few tablespoons of Guilden's or generic hot dog mustard, Generic or golden blossom Honey or dark light or white sugar, Adobo (with salt and black pepper included) and extra kosher salt. The taste will tell you the correct balance of sharp, salt sweet.
This is good on steamed veggies and makes a great baked in German potato salad if you steam the red potatoes celery and onions with it. Just add a little bit of water to the dressing when using a pressure cooker. You can bake it in a heavy pot too.
