I just made a very good salad dressing that I am throwing on everything:
I use equal parts good Italian wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, (from Price Rite) 1-2 teaspoons or tablespoons Guilden's mustard, honey, Adobo, kosher salt.
Blend in a blender or beat with a whisk and pour on baby spinach or steamed green beans or dip bread in it!
I also toast raw almonds and add them.
