I just transplanted my two basil plants into large clay pots. I set up a bucket of semolina sourdough to incubate and I am dreaming of making sour cherry scones. There's a meeting about the public outdoor bread oven in an hour.
Tomorrow is the best neighborhood annual event of the summer: The Romanian Macedonian Festival. I just learned that Nicholas buys all of their fresh meat from our butcher, Jamie Sullivan 143 North Main Street. So now you know it's THE BEST!
