I believe my sleep quality and moods have improved ever since I hung a black cloth over the window last winter making total darkness in my bedroom.
I read about this for years and dismissed it. One winter day when I needed to have a nap on a sunny day I hung the black cloth and never took it off. My spring usually is a devastating depression and I can't believe I made it thru April (the cruelest month) without major blues.
