Adventures in Tomato Sauce

 My tomato sauce was weird because I didn't lookup my written recipe of what I had done last time until I had already gone ahead and made it. I thought I remembered using two bunches of celery. As soon as I sealed the pressure cooker and turned it on I looked up the recipe. I had accidentally forgotten sauteed onion and  hadn't used as much garlic but mistakenly doubled the celery. So when it was done it did taste like it needed help so I added more tomato paste and then sauteed a bunch of onions with more chopped garlic and salt and I added a splash more of Chianti. Now it's right and cooling in small labeled containers in the fridge and I am exhausted.
