Mind's Eye

Visual thinking is my first language and I am always translating my mind's eye pictures into words. When I was in therapy--I said to my counselor. "I am the potted plant on the windowsill and you are turning me to grow the sun. That was the image that came to mind. SHE LOVED IT!
