1/2 cup pumpkin seeds or squash seeds (leave the string bits for flavor), 2 teaspoons olive oil, kosher salt. Preheat oven to 350- 400 degrees. In a small bowl, toss together pumpkin seeds and olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Evenly spread pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet and transfer to oven. Bake until golden and fragrant, 10 to 12 minutes. source
