This Morning (Tuesday)

This morning my refurbished laptop died. It was a surface computer that I loved and used all over the house for many years. After my very cold water swim I set up two buckets of multigrain sourdough to incubate in the old foyer. I was too lazy to go down to the cellar to get more whole wheat flour to feed the starter so I hand cranked 4 cups of wheat berries. It doesn't make sense but who needs to?
