Today is Monday

I'm enjoying the sound of children's voices joking and playing while waiting for the school bus. They're on the sidewalk outside my neighbor's kitchen window.

My husband's school is asking all of the teachers to take a Covid test upon returning to the classroom. I expect chaos.

The YMCA has new lane lines that look like LEGO. 

I just made 8 quarts of soup using rice black beans, carrots, onions, lentils, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, star anise, red chili, bullion, soy sauce, water, 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, and bok choy. It's good!
