I call it pizza bread. My rolls using rye semolina bread flour and oats and corn and Italian herbs (basil oregano parsley) and olive oil and salt. When toasted it's a divine scent. I folded in pepperoni and cheese before baking too! The toast is excellent with mayo fresh basil red onion, tomato, + lettuce.
