Whole Wheat Pasta Salad

Today after my early but not too early 8:30 AM swim I made whole wheat spaghetti pasta with scallions, sun dried tomatoes, capers, green olives, art hearts, red chili flakes, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, fresh spinach & fresh basil. We grated Asiago cheese on top. It was beyond delicious. It was a hit when we brought it for lunch to see a friend who has been running a school in Bangladesh but that is over. Now he will be running a school in Nairobi Kenya. His wife and daughter live in Barrington RI 45 minutes south from us, on the water.
