I read the recipe below and decided to riff off of it and use my Donvier hand crank frozen yogurt maker.
I zested three lemons using a micro-plane and then juiced them straining out the pulp and seeds. I added the zest and juice to one can of sweetened condensed milk and a cup of nonfat Greek yogurt. I whisked it all together and poured it into the hand crank machine.
It was fabulous! A bit like lemon sherbet. Gelato!
Delicious with hot black tea (no milk).
UPDATE the unfrozen refrigerated leftovers were delicious as a lemon pudding.
