Iced Tea the Restaurant Way
When you run out of iced tea and it's 100 degrees make a mug of boiling water and steep 2 teabags (we love Yorkshire Tea + 1 black cherry herb tea, Celestial seasonings). Let steep for for 5 minutes. Then remove teabags and transfer to large pitcher and add 3 trays of ice and sweeten with apple cider.
