DIY Hydration Encouragement Bottle

I have an empty plastic bottle and a red and black Sharpie. I wrote encouraging slogans on my gallon bottle to help me keep track of my hydration. Yes, Fab,Wonderful, Fantastic, Marvelous, AMEN! I don't drink a gallon but I drink half a gallon a day because I swim laps for an hour and walk my dog and sweat more than I realize, even in the Winter. If I don't keep track and accidentally drink coffee instead of water and herb tea, I'll get killer headaches. Some days I want cold water some days freezing water and other days hot herb tea. It doesn't matter as long as I get the hydration.
