I never made the dough into pretzels because the week got away from me and the bread flour made it so springy. It must've risen 5x So I finally shaped them into small loaves and slashed the tops and they rose a bit and I baked them. They were very round and tight They reminded me of Clown Shoes or Disney Characters feet. Delicious sliced thin and toasted!
