Shyness and Confidence Costume

As a shy person I have found the secret to inner courage is wearing a costume. For me that means wearing a dress or skirt. "Dressing up!" I work alone and am used to dressing down. Nobody sees me. Dressing up is my confidence costume. Try it, it works!
