Super Sourdough is Baking

I am baking the super-sourdough that has climbed out of the bucket in the fridge three times. I've turned on the oven to 450 F. And the dough is thrown into the cold oven. The dough rises as the temperature climbs.

This reminds me of how my grandmother tried cooking a lobster. She dropped them in a cold vat of water and turned on the gas. The lobsters felt the water get warm and they climbed out! She stood on the kitchen chair in her Brighton Beach apartment and screamed.
