Last night we took a walk and found an oil painting at the bus stop on Social Street. It's a sincere still life with a wooden duck, potted plant, and a weightless tomato on an old fashioned scale.
We picked it up and brought it home so it could be returned to the owner. The back of the canvas board reads To Ed and Judy from Jamal Wahab.
The search is on!
I have notified Ed and Judy and Beacon School for the Arts.
I am getting very attached to this painting.
