I decided that I was going to try zoodles without the gizmo. I just julienned the zucchini with my knife--and threw them into a hot skillet with good olive oil and fresh garlic and chili flakes. I added burgundy wine, soy sauce and kosher salt. Then I added my leftover basmati brown rice. I served it with farm tomatoes and green olives.
For dessert: my homemade molasses granola with raw almonds, raw sunflower seeds, raisins and dark chocolate.
