I knew I had nori somewhere. I wished I could google to find it in my house. I made the sushi rice anyway and ate some for lunch with my home made kidney beans. Then I remembered the cellar cold storage bins from 25 years ago. I found my stash of nori and made my first sushi roll in 3 decades. There was nothing in it except rice. I made a sauce from balsamic vinegar, sriracha and soy sauce and dipped the roll in the sauce. PERFECT!
