We made these and they were amazing! It's amazing even if you don't grill the potatoes. We used Yukon Gold potatoes cut in half and then quartered. Next time we might quarter the potatoes and cook them aldente so they hold up a bit better to the grill. The cost of a pound of baby potatoes is nearly the same price as beef so I decided I couldn't buy them! We added fresh chopped basil and chopped red onion too. This gave me a childhood taste and smell memory. They tasted like amusement park french fried potatoes from Nathan's on Coney Island.
