Shaved Shorty

Shaved Shorty was driving a black Bugatti and he parked it overnight next to Mitzy who has always lived in the tenement neighborhood. Mitzy has a high tech surveillance camera aimed at her car so if you pick up a piece of trash near it she will be alerted and a photo of you will be sent to her phone. Last week Shorty came to town driving a green Ferrari and he spent the night. A rat ran across the hood at 3:17 AM. The alarm sounded waking the neighborhood. Presumably photos were taken and sent to Mitzy's phone. What'll it be next week? A bear pawing at a Rolls Royce? Where are these fancy cars coming from? Enid thinks Shorty works at a car dealership but Bertina knows the real reason.
