I love the ease she has with rolling out the dough to be so thin!
UPDATE: I made this and it was FANTASTIC!! I will be making this again!! I used a metal pie pan and looped over the extra crust to seal the top. Then I brushed it with olive oil and salt and pepper and slashed the top. It was a big hit. Next time I will use fresh veggies not frozen.
