fewer scoops

Lately I have been making a simple salad dressing in the blender.

olive oil, red wine vinegar, fresh garlic, Adobo, scoop of cooked beans, and mustard+honey. The beans gives it some "middle" and body.
 
It's so good on arugula+spinach with homemade hummus.
 
My other food trend is having nonfat plain yogurt, homemade granola, raisins in an ice cream parfait glass with a long spoon!

I am on my dog's diet: It's called "fewer scoops!"  

So far so good.
