Last Call for Coffee

Since coffee after noontime disrupts my sleep LAST CALL for caffeine is between 11 am-12 noon.

So today I decided to make a smoothie for lunch:

3  very ripe bananas (their ripeness provided sweetness)

1 cup of nonfat plain yogurt

4 ice cubes

6oz (cup) cold coffee

buzz in blender and enjoy
